You can begin at any time. Your 12-month cycle starts with your first reading, and all sessions must be completed within one year of purchase. Only 1 session can be scheduled for each calendar month. Cancellation Policy
Cancellation & Rescheduling Policy To ensure availability for all clients and allow adequate time to offer appointments to others, cancellations or requests to reschedule must be made at least 48 hours before your scheduled appointment. Appointments canceled or rescheduled with less than 48 hours' notice are non-refundable and may be subject to the full session fee. If you arrive late, your session will end at the scheduled time to avoid impacting other appointments. If you are unable to attend due to an emergency, please contact us as soon as possible. Exceptions may be considered on a case-by-case basis at the sole discretion of Journey Is Guided.
