The 3-Session Hypnosis Bundle offers continued, focused support for those ready to work more intentionally with change. While a single session can create movement, multiple sessions allow space for integration, reinforcement, and deeper exploration over time. Each session is conducted one-on-one in a grounded, collaborative setting. As one script integrates and progress begins to settle, a new script can be thoughtfully created to address additional patterns, goals, or shifts that arise. This allows the work to evolve with you rather than remaining fixed on one focus. All sessions are held virtually and include a private recording for continued listening and reinforcement between appointments. Cancellation Policy
Cancellation & Rescheduling Policy To ensure availability for all clients and allow adequate time to offer appointments to others, cancellations or requests to reschedule must be made at least 48 hours before your scheduled appointment. Appointments canceled or rescheduled with less than 48 hours' notice are non-refundable and may be subject to the full session fee. If you arrive late, your session will end at the scheduled time to avoid impacting other appointments. If you are unable to attend due to an emergency, please contact us as soon as possible. Exceptions may be considered on a case-by-case basis at the sole discretion of Journey Is Guided.
